Everyone wants to land that “dream job” but is there really such a thing? Many people say that they would not work at all if they could afford not to but the reality is almost all of us need to just to survive. Job satisfaction is important and if you can find a job that you are happy in then you should definitely grab it with both hands.

When looking for a job there are many places you can start. Local papers offer have a jobs night, offering a selection of jobs in the local area in a number of different industries but if you cannot find anything there then you may need to look further afield. Online job boards are essentially websites that offer a number of vacancies that are available for you to apply for. Some are listed directly by the employer where as others as advertised through a recruitment agency. Make sure you have an up to date CV on file as some may have a short application end date and will require you to send your CV to them quickly in order to be considered for a position.
